September 9–11, 2025
This three-phase model is used in the automotive industry and forms the basis for ESD control program plans at VW, BMW, Mercedes, and is also being implemented at Tesla Motors.
DAY 1 – ESD ASSISTANT
The first day of training, the ESD ASSISTANT course, focuses on fundamental knowledge about ESD. The ESD Assistant is the entry-level role in the ESD team and ensures daily compliance with ESD protection in practice. They provide initial instructions, verify measurements, and ensure that the requirements of the ESD Control Plan are met.
