Shipping and Payment

Shipping costs for orders outside the Czech Republic are calculated individually according to the destination, size, weight and nature of the shipment.

You can submit your order through our e-shop as usual. We will then check the most suitable shipping method and calculate the shipping cost. We will contact you with the final shipping details before the order is processed.

For oversized, heavy or otherwise non-standard shipments, we will arrange a suitable transport solution individually.

Personal collection

Your order can also be collected in person in České Budějovice, Czech Republic, by prior arrangement:

We will let you know as soon as your order is ready for collection.

Payment

For standard orders, you can choose payment in advance by bank transfer. We will send you the payment details after processing your order. The goods will be dispatched after payment is received.

Approved business customers may also have the option to pay by invoice with an agreed due date.

If your order requires individual shipping arrangements, we will first confirm the shipping method and cost. We will then send you the order confirmation including the final price and payment details.
