A process audit focuses on ESD control throughout actual manufacturing. The aim is to find points where electrostatic risk may arise during operations, handling or product movement.

It is not enough for one workstation to work correctly. ESD control must remain consistent across the process, so we assess protective measures, equipment and working procedures and how the individual parts of the system connect.

The assessment can also include a risk analysis focused on a particular product, component or production step. This helps identify priority areas and plan further measures more effectively.
