ESD operator and employee training

Operator training is intended for employees who work in EPA areas or handle electrostatic-sensitive components in their daily work. The aim is to make the basic ESD rules understandable and to explain why they matter.

What the training covers

Participants learn the basic principles of electrostatic discharge, its possible impact on electronics and methods of ESD control. The content can be adapted to the workplace and to different groups, including production staff, management and other employees.

A practical approach

Alongside theory, we focus on situations employees encounter in normal operation and on the correct use of the protective measures set by the company.
