ESD risk analysis

ESD risk analysis focuses on points where electrostatic risk can remain hidden even in operations that already have basic ESD controls in place. We assess the specific product, process, handling and environment and look for combinations that may not be visible during a routine check.

When an ESD risk analysis is useful

It can support a review of EPA areas, a new product or process launch, recurring non-conformities or claims, or decisions about where further ESD investment should be prioritised.

What you receive

The output is an overview of identified risks, their assessment and recommended priorities for corrective action. Depending on the assignment, the analysis can be combined with measurement, an audit or further documentation.
